Is Border Security REALLY Necessary?

After all, it’s just the Mexicans wanting a better life, right?  People wanting to crack down on border security and the illegal immigration problem are often labeled as racist and insensitive toward Mexicans.  Don’t buy that line.  It is a real problem for many reasons and one of the main reasons is terrorism.  Check out this video (it’s a two-parter so be sure to watch both videos) before you jump into the argument strictly based on the pro- or anit-Mexican immigrant debate:

It’s time to send a message to our elected officials:  Get serious about protecting our borders or get out of office.  Better yet, maybe we should try our elected officials for treason.

Have a great day!

  1. The border is NOT more secure and resourced than it has ever been. Clearly Alan Bersin knows nothing of the Punitive Expedition or the Mexican Border Campaign which occurred 94 years ago and involved more than 100,000 National Guard and Regular Army troops. Unfortunately, most American citizens are also ignorant of this key moment in our history.

Here is a link to letters written by a National Guardsman on the Border exactly 94 years ago. Too bad our politicians are more interested in being politically correct than robustly defending the sovereignty of the United States.
